1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AIC² Course Creator platform (“Service”) provided by Compuzoft Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIC² is an AI‑powered tool that helps educators, trainers, and content creators generate course outlines, lesson plans, presentations, quizzes, and other educational materials. The Service includes a free tier with limited generations and paid Pro subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly) that unlock additional features and generation quotas.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Free Tier: Provides a limited number of generations per month (as specified on our pricing page). Generations reset 30 days from sign‑up.
• Pro Subscriptions: Monthly and Yearly plans grant higher generation limits, additional export formats, storyboard generation, content regeneration, and other premium features.
• Billing: Payments are processed via our third‑party payment processor (ePayco). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your provided payment method.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees with reasonable notice. Any price changes will not affect your current subscription period.

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind our product. If you use fewer than 10 generations within 30 days of upgrading to a Pro plan, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, contact our support team. After 30 days or if you have used 10 or more generations, refunds will not be granted. This policy protects our ability to offer sustainable pricing and prevents abuse.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: All software, algorithms, UI, and platform design are owned by Compuzoft and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• Your Content: You retain all rights to the course materials, lesson plans, and other content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
• AI‑Generated Content: The output generated by the Service is provided “as‑is” and may be used by you for educational purposes. We do not claim ownership of AI‑generated content, but we cannot guarantee that such content is original or free from third‑party rights.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Bypass any usage limits or security measures.
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes on others’ intellectual property or contains defamatory, obscene, or abusive material.

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR THAT ALL AI‑GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPUZOFT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be given for unused time, except as provided in the Refund Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, without prior notice.
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but we may retain your content for a reasonable period to allow for data export if permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Barranquilla, Colombia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
